After Sales Service:

Once your Solar Water Heater has been installed, we want to make sure that you are getting the best out of it.

 

Handover:
Shortly after the installation, the solar consultant comes back to guide you on how to get the best out of the system.
Monitoring:
Every system is equipped with a heat counter and a dedicated water meter to provide  strong performance reassurance.
The project manager may ask for the kWh saving for statistical purposes.
Warranties:  
Auckland Council has negotiated an extensive 10-year warranty for the solar system and its components.
Maintenance:
Once every 5 years the system requires maintenance. A reminder letter is issued and the typical cost is $150
Customer Reassurance:
All the project participants are members of the New Zealand Solar Association. As such, they meet the highest standards for customers support, Code of Conduct and the solar Customer Assurance Scheme .
